The strength training of Fit Boutiqs is the central wheel of wellbeing and vitality. All aspects are knowingly enhanced by training 1 or 2 times 20 minutes per week.
International study shows that people between their 30th and 65th age on average lose about 7,5kg of muscle mass and gain about 15kg of fat mass. With significant negative effects on people and surroundings as a consequence. The good news is that we can do something about it in a simple way.
The approachable Fit Boutiqs training focusses on the devolpment of muscle power and muscle mass. The average strength gain within our participants is at training once a week 29% after 6 months and 53% after 12 months. At twice a week training these percentages are 47% and respectively 70%. During the training there is also an improvement in (cardiovasculair) condition.
