THE BACKGROUND

At Fit Boutiqs we give a High Intensity Personal Training (HIPT) on 8 premium machines. In an air-cooled studio we give the training in a super slow motion. Training can be without sweating. Which makes changing clothes and showering unnecessary.  
 
Training is under the supervision of a certified Personal Coach. The Personal Coach pays attention to a good posture, execution, rhythm and breathing. This are the four important elements of a good training.Furthermore, injuries are prevented because there is a lot of attention to these elements. By our trainingsmethod, all muscle vibers and muscle groups get maximal activated.
